The positive reviews convinced me Carpet One Carina was the go-to company to have carpets installed in my upstairs bedroom. I also liked the fact it's a family-owned business. The first visit to the showroom in Carina went very well. I was able to browse without feeling any pressure to lock into a purchase, and the in-store attendant was informative and friendly, offering plenty of options while helping me narrow down exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. I left with samples and a couple of days later had the measurements done. Carpets were installed yesterday and they are even better than I imagined. From start to finish, the entire process took less than a month. Danny did a fantastic job on the installation. So quick and easy! A big thanks to Daniel for the supply and expert laminate installation. His attention to detail, and extra advice was really unexpected but greatfully accepted. Bryce was involved in the quoting process and was also a great person to deal with. Daniel achieved a beautiful flooring result, of which we are now proud owners of. Great value for money! Danny and Bryce did a wonderful job with our laminate flooring! Danny was great at giving advice, upfront and flexible. Thankyou Danny and Bryce for a complete face lift of our sad old kitchen flooring. We now have checkerboard Lino flooring which is in line with the retro look of our home. Danny demonstrated his expertise on flooring and installation but also gave  me some great tips on rearranging the space to make the room pop! There were some tricky elements to the installation of the flooring but Danny showed patience and skill in laying the Lino to give a seamless pattern throughout. I would recommend this family business in a heartbeat for flooring as they truly put their customer first. The cost of the flooring and installation by Carpet One Floor &Home Carina was also a positive factor as other quotes were quite unreasonable and the representatives had no experience in the business other than to sell the product. Our experience with CARPET ONE was professional and seamless from our first visit to the showroom, to the completion of the job. We had a difficult installation due to lots of unusual angles in our upstairs living area. Danny’s professionalism with his very modern laser measuring equipment saved us a lot of square meterage and therefore dollars. The entire CARPET ONE team was very attentive in understanding our needs. Very satisfied.  This is a great business. You can’t do better.
