Not all products showcased on this website are available in all stores

It is important to note that our Carpet One stores are owned and operated independently, and as such each store is different and has its own uniqueness.  Carpet One is a cooperative group and does not operate under a 'one-size-fits-all' model. One of our goals is to service different markets with different product needs, which means in some instances some of our members will sell different products to some of our other members.  A direct result of this difference, is not all products displayed on this website are available in all our stores.

Not all products showcased will be at the same prices in all our stores

An additional result of this difference between our members is our members may sell the same products, but at different prices.  There are many reasons for this including differences in freight charges, delivery charges, storage charges, product availability and manufacturer agreements to name only a few.

Store sales and promotions are exclusive to participating stores only

It is at a stores discretion to participate in localised sales and promotions initiatives and advertising.  Products advertised on special or as 'exclusive' on this site may be at a store level only and therefore only apply to the relevant store.  It is important to get a written quote to confirm accuracy of advertised prices.

Prices in the 'Quick Price Guide' on this website are indicitive only and are intended as a general guideline. Prices are only estimates and do not constitute an official quote from the Retailer. Prices will vary between customers based on factors such as product selection, room/area specificiations, product joins, installation requirements, area preparation, waste, location, access, application, warranties, alternate underlay selections, trimming and additional materials to name a few.

Prices do not include waste

Due to variances in roll sizes, wastage is not included in the price calculations and must be factored in store for an accurate quote.
