Very happy with the service I received from Paula who was extremely helpful and from the installer. The vinyl went on top of existing tiles so Phil, the installer, had to level the floor first by filling in the grout to the same height as the tiles. He then got on with the job and cleaned up afterwards. It's now been a few weeks since it was laid and there is no evidence of the underneath tiles. I'm very happy with the service and will now go back to Carpet One and arrange to have vinyl laid over all the other wet areas in the house.

Ricky showed me all my options and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, which I really appreciated. Our quote was done quickly and our floors were laid even quicker! I was shocked by how quick it was done, how professional and lovely the team were and how incredible they looked. The price was also great. It has been a real pleasure to have the services of Sharp's Flooring by Carpet One. Our church building in Geelong West sustained water damage and had to be recarpeted. At every step the Sharp's Flooring team were both caring, professional. and worked in well with the other trades.The Carpet layers were excellent, completing  the work in a strict time frame. The new Carpet looks beautiful. I would thoroughly recommend this firm for all Carpet and vinyl requirements. They certainly exceeded our expectations.
