From our first interaction in store with Regina, to Riley coming out to measure up and quote, the level of friendliness, knowledge and customer service, exceeded our expectations. The installers for both the Vinyl Plank and the Carpet were just as good and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Bree was incredibly helpful and patient with my numerous questions and return visits with Tana! Thanks Bree! I was a little concerned about the installation, but I need not have worried because Richard (the installer) was absolutely fantastic.
