We have purchased twice through carpet junction now. First time was carpet, second floating floors, as well as a few good quality rugs with a great sale. The service by staff in store is fantastic, and they're always helpful. The staff that have laid both the carpet and floorboards have been wonderful as well. We have also had a separate purchase for a bed, and again - service was wonderful. Hopefully we don't need anymore flooring, but if we ever did we would visit these guys 100%. Excellent customer service and quick install of a quality carpet in Lower Snug. I received a phone call from Steve (manager) not even an hour after i submitted an online request for quote.  After a conversation about the property (rental house) and my situation (wanted to get it back on the market asap), I stopped by the shop to see carpet samples.  Steve showed me a much higher quality carpet than what i had requested in my quote which happened to be on sale as it was a remnant.  I took some samples home to see what they looked like on the floor.  Four days later another pleasant Steve (installer) came and did the install. 6 days from enquiry to a beautiful new carpet!  And…the price was about $200 cheaper than a competitor who wasn’t able to fit in the job for 2-4 weeks. What also helped:  job was pretty small…two bedrooms, i sent in accurate measurements using a laser measurement tool, me stopping by the shop. My only complaint:  installer left a bit of clean up to do (carpet tufts, nails, etc).  No biggie. I would absolutely recommend Carpet Junction. I recently ordered carpet from Carpet Junction. I’d love to be able to recommend a local business but I won’t be doing so for the following reasons: Incorrect measurement of carpet by the manager. This, fortunately, was able to be rectified. Installers arrived at 9.30 am and I was informed it was a big job (small 2-bedroom unit). Apparently it was a big job because they had to move furniture. I had cleared everything except the lounge, dining table, beds and drawers. I had previously checked with the manager, twice,  and he said that was OK, they would move it. I was told by installers it would take two days for carpet to be layed. I had previously been informed twice by the manager that it would only take one day. When I told the installer that I would ring the manager, the installer told me it would take one day. Installer layed carpet to two bedrooms and small hallway on Wednesday and told me that they would return on Friday to do the lounge. They arrived on Friday morning after 10 am and left just after 2pm. I was unable to close bathroom door. I rang manager and he said they were not liable for ensuring doors closed (after they had removed them to lay carpet) but someone owed him a favour and he would fix the problem. I will have to repaint bathroom door as someone had scraped the paint. On a positive note, they cleaned up after themselves and, so far, the carpet looks fine.

Where do I start? Knowledgeable staff, value for money carpet, on time, extremely polite men who installed , thank you Sean, Brodie and Hunter you did an amazing job! Bought laminate flooring for my whole house. After comparing prices and products I settled on Carpet Junction. I am thoroughly pleased with their service and willingness to share installation advice even after I told them I would be laying the floor myself.
