Great products, good advice, wonderful customer service. We're delighted with the quality of product (carpet), price and rapid turnaround. I've shopped around and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Unfortunately the team were running late to open the store on the day I attended. This resulted in a one star rating as I was greatly inconvenienced. The owner returned my call and kept me updated on when he would arrive. I went back later that morning and he was very helpful and the store had a great range. I understand things pop up,  however feel opening hours in such a professional store need to be honoured. After attending, I would recommend anyone visit this store for all their flooring needs. I recently used Momentum Carpet One  for my Office carpet installation and was thoroughly impressed. The installation team was punctual and professional, completing the job flawlessly. The quality of the carpet is exceptional, and the customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. Had a floating floor issue and hard to find a company that would fix it (or even come to the house to quote).  Carpet One gave a reasonable Quote and explained what would be covered. Turned up on time and did a great job. Very pleased with the work. Few minor issues left incomplete but these were covered in our pre-work discussions so not a problem.
