Watts Bros Carpet One have done an exceptional job re-carpeting and installing shutters in my home. They helped with choosing high quality products that look amazing. I would highly recommend, thanks Warwick and the team!

Excellent service, communication and product. We needed to replace old 1982 carpet in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen in a small unit. We also had the outdoor carpet done. We chose the Karndean Luxury Vinyl Planks and some basic vinyl for the kitchen. The job was delivered as promised on time and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Warwick came to the unit to check on prep work and answer any concerns. Would recommend and use again.

I had my new floor covering installed today and I was so impressed. Everything was so easy, from quote to booking to install. Office staff are great. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and showed so much pride in their work. Great work. I will definitely recommend and definitely use these guys again.

Thank you for the amazing service! Warwick was more than fantastic. He accommodated me throughout the process from selecting the carpet and vinyl to getting the flooring contractor done in such short notice. The whole process was so well communicated and for a budget investment property, I am over the moon.

I will come again foe my next investment property !

I just want to also add how fantastic Warwick was, he came back to the property and screwed on the windows for me which my painter left behind. Customer service and care is well beyond what was expected!

Also great advice on the colour coordination the colours were perfect and had in mind the practicality of darker colours needing less maintenance.

The job was okay, but probably could have been better. I realise contractors are usually in a rush and don't have a lot time to sweat the little things. A few little lumps and bumps. I'm happy however with the vinyl flooring product that I chose
