Our cooperative
As a functioning cooperative, each of our Licensees own and operate their Carpet One Retail businesses independently. Responsibility and contractual obligations of engagement, delivery of services and exchange of transactions, financially and operationally, is between the independent Carpet One Licensee and the customer. Carpet One Australasia Ltd cannot be held to account for the actions of a Carpet One Licensee and their respective customers.
