Bendigo Floor & Home Centre, a Carpet One store, was founded by Stewart and Joy Torr in 1986 at Kangaroo Flat and later moved to our current location in 1990. Initially specialising in vinyl and carpets, the store has expanded its offerings to include tiles and, most recently, bathroomware, becoming a one-stop shop for all your home renovation needs. In 2002, Mel joined the family business, and her passion for design quickly made her an integral part of the team. Nathan joined in 2019, bringing his expertise in bathroomware, and together, they have continued to grow the business. In January 2024, Mel and Nathan took over ownership.
