We purchased carpet for half the house and tiles for the other..Carpet laid without complaint, problem being one box of tiles was completely damaged..not an issue in completing the job but I have requested a replacement of these purchased tiles on two occasions, with no reply..I did offer to return the damaged box
We recently purchased tiles for our Splash Back & Vinyl Planks to cover our existing floor tiles.
The Customer Service was excellent by all the Staff & the Guys that Installed the Vinyl Planks were Fantastic Tradesman & great to deal with, We are extremely happy with everything from start to finish that was achieved and our New Floor & Tiles look amazing.
We highly recommend the Team & BF & H to anyone looking for the products they sell

Great experience from start to finish, with shipping container delays, the team made sure i was kept up to date and they scheduled our installation in quickly as soon as the stock arrived.
We dealt with Kym in store and She was friendly, helpful and listened to what we were after, and went above and beyond to make sure things went well. He bubbly personality made it a pleasure to deal with her!!
