The advice Todd gave on carpet selection was spot on and made our job of choosing a quality carpet very easy.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unfortunately I couldn't be more disappointed. The carpet laying was the worst I have witnessed - an absolute disaster. Worse, when we could finally drag the manager out to look at it, he said it was of a good standard despite the being gaps, holes, cut carpet loops, and protruding wood and nails.
