The job was completed within the quoted timeframe and on budget. The team turned up every day, on time and did an exceptional job, including cleaning up after themselves. Your service is absolutely disgusting. not even a phone call to say you were not coming after it was confirmed you were. Right from the moment we walked in the door, my wife and I were greeted by Meredith and she was very helpful and professional, and gave us some flooring to take home and arranged to come out and do the quote that afternoon. The time came for the new flooring to be installed, and the team that turned up got stuck straight into the job and it was a big job to remove old tiles and then grind the floor then lay the floor down which was all done in 3 days. The work team were very professional and the work the carried out was outstanding. We love the job they did and if i were to recommend a flooring and tile company, I would recommend Carpet one first for the excellent work and professionalism and the quality of work the team have done. Well done and love the new floor
