We contacted four carpet retailers, but Carpet One won us over.  We changed our minds a few times, and they rolled with the punches.  Kathy drove this bus all the way through, including up-to-the-minute installation times. The installers, however, were the highlight!  These guys were switched on and did a great job.  They stripped our kitchen floor in a house that is uneven across all three planes, and they did a wonderful job. They come back next week to tackle two very crooked bedrooms. The staff were absolutely horrible, and the service was disorganized from start to finish. It took them twice as long as it should have to do their job, and the employee I dealt with was noticeably short with me. Overall, a terrible experience. Do NOT use this company!

I have to say that the treatment my son received today at this business was nothing short of disgusting. He went for an interview and the interviewer made my son feel humiliated, degraded and not worthy. He was spoken to in such a negative tone, that he felt belittled and disheartened.
