The best sign of a good business is how they put problems right. After great dealings with Lina, I had a problem which I tried to sort out with Jack, the business owner. I got screamed at and had the phone put down on me. I felt he was really pretty incompetent and not in control of his emotions. I purchased carpet from this seller a few years ago (pre-Covid) and it was a positive experience. However, last week I decided to replace a rug with carpet and attended the store for a quote. The salesperson (Jackie) would not give me a fixed price for any of the items I was considering. I now have the samples at home, have chosen a product & have requested a quote. The cost is far higher than it should be, Jackie will not provide detailed costings within the quote, and she informed me that a comparable rug would cost the same. My experience with Carpeteria was excellent. It is rare nowadays to meet people who have a complete and detailed understanding of carpet. Lina Mico and Jack worked closely with me to ensure that my Insurance Company replaced my damaged Wilton carpet with carpet of the same superior quality. Thankyou for your patience and expertise. The carpet layers were outstanding, Their meticulous intricate work involved hand sewing the carpet to the stairs rather than using a crude stapling method.
