Five stars for KC Flooring (Tile Power Carpet One Forster/Taree). While the office team were nice and informative during the choice of carpet, the installer completely won me over. He handled a tough job solo, working incredibly hard, moving furniture, and staying polite and helpful throughout. Good product and service until, we asked for the high rise in the carpet joins to be reviewed by the team. Sending photos they assured us they would settle. Carpet laid in January, now in September? After reaching out to multiple companies her level of customer service sold me on using them. I was impressed with her professionalism, customer service and product knowledge. Secondly the pricing is fair and transparent and definitely value for money. Thirdly the efficiency and punctuality, despite being a special order everything arrived on time and the team contacted me straight away. Would not recommend. Recently replaced bamboo plank floors at our place in Coomba Park. Ripped all the skirting boards off with no consultation with us whatsoever. Now costing us $2000 extra to get all new skirting boards put around , not to mention my labour and paint to fix the walls, when we just wanted to run quad around the base of original kickboards to take up the gap. We had this company come out to do the laying of our Carpet. I was beyond happy with the end results the staff  were five star. We recently had new carpet installed in one of our commercial retail stores and was super happy with the finished job and the great service in choosing the carpet color and texture. As we are a retail store there was a timeline to have the job done with minimal down time so much appreciated.
