Walked in to get a quote on a few different styles of carpet, not one worker in store, waited 15-20 minutes no response. Heard man having an ongoing argument back of store with someone on phone, tried knocking twice and calling out and still no response. Store was very untidy with rubbish on the floor. I got tiles removes and floating boards put in. The tile removers did such a bad job the company had to get a forensic cleaner (who had never seen anything so bad and had to bring 5 more staff) to fix the micro dust. The installer of the boards did not put a lip up against the corner of the walls and one of the ones he did put on was crocked and not flush. So it looks very unfinished.

My partner had a very condescending response when asked about home visits to choose a style to match our timber flooring… the response from mr Julian is that it’s pretty hard to bring the whole showroom to you, you should come into our shop so I dont waste my time.
