Wonderful service from start to finish. Kirsten and others took time to listen, answer questions, give helpful suggestions, pros and cons of their product and space to decide. In-home measurements were spot on. They gave a realistic timeframe for delivery of our carpet, curtains and shutters and installation went smoothly. From the initial assessment, measure and quote from Wayne, through to the final installation, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, with incredible attention to detail and a flawless finish throughout my home. The installers, Birken and RJ, were punctual, courteous, and took great pride in their work, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. They kept the work area clean and tidy each day, and were happy to answer any questions along the way. The new flooring (including acoustic underlay) has completely transformed the look of my home, and I've already received so many compliments from family and friends. It's clear that this team genuinely cares about delivering excellent results, and ensuring customer satisfaction ! Late 2025 came back to look at Vinyl planks.  They had the best selection from other stores we went to.    At the last minute  the manufacturer recalled the planks we decided on.   Staff quickly worked with us to choose another plank.   Originally I was going to pull up the skirting boards before installation.   Was recommended against it.  Glad I decided not to do it.    Daniel and his brother did a truly amazing job installing the planks.  I'm still impressed looking at it 9 months later. ---------- posted about July 2025 Bought carpet about a year ago for stairs and bedrooms.   Very helpful throughout sale process.  Allowed us to take home samples to make sure the colours and style went with our decor.   What we thought would look good while in the store actually didn't when we got home.  We ended up picking the right carpets.    They only offer premium underlay, they don't bother offering less quality underlay and is included in their pricing. We recently got our blinds done by these guys and very happy with entire experience. They suggest you the right solution and well within your budget and never ever pushed us into making unnecessary purchases. Lots of discussion on blind options but once resolved the process was seamless and delivered a great result
