Very deceiving and sold similar product not the same and we had to buy more stock from another company to complete the home. No refund given for the incorrect stock. Scammers !! Keep away from this company.

We recently contacted Carpet One at Logan and arranged an onsite quote for new lino flooring in our laundry. From the very first phone call, the lady we spoke with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to answer our questions about the available products.

Warren attended our home to provide the quote and was punctual, professional, and accommodating. He took the time to answer all our questions, making the process straightforward and enjoyable.

We ultimately accepted the quote and booked the installation. Dave arrived on the scheduled day and proved to be a diligent and highly skilled tradesman. Throughout the installation, he kept us informed of a few minor issues that arose when some tiles came loose. Given that our home is over fifty years old and the laundry appears to have been a later addition, there were some unforeseen challenges with the original construction and preparation work. None of these issues were Dave's fault, and he handled them professionally, resolving each problem and returning for a second visit to complete the job.

When we arrived home after the work was finished, we were genuinely surprised by the quality of the result. The flooring looks fantastic. The joins are virtually invisible, and the fit is perfect, especially in the tight and awkward spaces around the toilet area. Obviously we have to finish the skirting.

We highly recommend Carpet One Logan. From our first contact with the office staff, to Warren's quote, and finally Dave's excellent workmanship, the entire experience was outstanding. We are 100% pleased with the outcome.

Thanks, everyone, for a job well done! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Warren and team have been fantastic. Fitted us in for carpet just before Christmas and now organised some more for us within days of enquiry. Great job and very helpful. So lovely to deal with that we didn’t bother shopping around. Fabulous to deal with all round.

UPDATE with a couple of extra pics of the beautiful curtains replacing the roll down blinds and that were the finishing touch to the renos
Floors in their full glory too with the painting now redone really making the floors and the curtains pop
10 stars out of 5 to the team 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I typically wait until the job is done to leave reviews but I’ve been so impressed with my experience so far that I thought I’d give the team a massive thumbs up.
First home and first renos so wasn’t really sure what I was in for.
Scope includes full flooring uplift (tiles and carpets) in kitchen, living room and bedroom, hybrid floor installation and replacement of blinds with curtains.
Warren was the only person to come and do a full measure up to quote the job so that was the first bonus
He also helped me navigate the million and one questions the body corporate committee had and went above and beyond to find extra info I needed to get the works approved.

When I came in the store to pick flooring and curtain materials it was simple.

Only took Emma one look at me and a quick chat to get a perfect feel for the aesthetics I was going for and “my style” to help me chose the materials for the curtains

Communication was timely from confirming dates of the different trades coming in to logistics on program etc..

Rod who had the ungrateful job of doing the floor uplift and prep was brilliant. Punctual professional helpful and able to work around a bit of a situation when we realised the floor prep needed more work than what we all originally anticipated. (Oh the hidden defects of uneven base slabs)

Nick is the floor installer and a bit of wizard to be frank
He obviously knows the hybrid floor product really well and is smashing the install. Runs his own race at lighting speed and is a delight of a man who obviously takes prides of making other people’s home beautiful.

Now for the bits that everyone is also curious about.
Price wise they were not the cheapest quote buuuuut the workmanship so far, the quality of the materials i was able to see at the store the team (and that includes Jacquie) having all been a delight to work with, and genuinely making feel like a value customer, the responsiveness, support and flexibility they have all shown is worth every cent.
We are on time and pretty much on budget too which is an added bonus.

I know the experience could have been far more stressful if it wasn’t for these guys and gals.

My renos aren’t obviously the biggest out there. We are not on the block 🤣. but as a first homeowner trying to solo project manage the many interfaces it was daunting at first. As the first cab off the rank the team has actually flipped the script and made me enjoy the experience.

Highly recommend the whole gang. They have been so very good to me! (Pics below of the works in progress - painting starting next week as planned - I am obsessed).

Warren came out to show me samples and price up my flooring, it was a quick and easy process. Warren helped me further at the show room and answered all questions I had as a first time home owner understanding the process of how it all works. I had a very easy experience with himself, the flooring installer and Jackie. A great experience overall from Carpet One Logan City.

Hi there,

Just a quick note to say thank you to Warren from Carpet One.

When the RediFlor style, which we wanted. was no longer available, he sourced a variety that is nearly identical.

No pressure, just an honest person who wants the best for his customers.

Kind regards

James Martyn
