Instant rapport with Fran exceptional product knowledge, honest good advice instore or in our home, so easy to deal with to the point we did look at others but came back to trusting Fran and Carpet One. Liam the Floor layer was an excellent tradie taking pride in his work, extra time put in on a hiccup when starting to lay floors.  Resolved. Quality plus on Carpet One and Floor Laying Tradie. We had vinyl plank flooring fitted to replace carpet. Right from when we went to enquire at the shop, until the completed job the people we dealt with were amazing to deal with. Aiden in the shop was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Liam and Cody, the installers, were wonderful from start to finish. They kept us informed about the job each step of the way. They left the place clean and tidy when finished. A pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend Quality Home Furnishers for your flooring needs.
